HIT is a member of HPH Trust, the world´s first container port business trust listed in Singapore. HIT is also a part of Hutchinson Ports global network of port and logistics operations, and continues to have access to services and resources enjoyed by companies within the Hutchison Ports Group. As Customer Service Director, she leads the Customer Service Team to act as a liaison between customers and HIT to make sure that the lines of communication remain open. Customer service is an integral part of HIT´s customer value proposition. Implemented feedback loops allow HIT to capture feedback to improve customer service and ensure that quality and service exceed customer expectations. Apart from her experience in the Commercial Department at both local and corporate level of Hutchison Ports, Angelina was the Trade Manager of CP Ships Asia Regional Office responsible for developing products, setting market prices and securing the most profitable cargo on the ships. Angelina holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Toronto and a Master of International Business from the University of London.
