Please note that German Industry and Commerce will not be responsible to fill in a sponsor form for any party for visa application in any situation.
Do I need a visa?
Please check the visa requirements for your country. If you do need a visa, please make sure to apply as early as possible.
How do I obtain a visa?
You will need
- invitation letter (use the Visa Support Form (PDF, 152.4 kB) and tick option 1 to receive an invitation letter from our team in Hong Kong*)
- official Visa Application Form (PDF, 1.4 MB) from Hong Kong Immigration Department
- valid passport
- ticket or booth number
Send all original documents via express delivery to the Hong Kong Immigration Department:

*The invitation letter issued by German Industry and Commerce (GIC) acts as a supporting document for your application only and does not guarantee a successful visa application.
To retain an invitation letter contact our representative in your country/region.

2) fill in the Visa Support Form* (PDF, 152.4 kB)
3) send both to your representative in your country/region.
*If you choose option 2 German Industry and Commerce (GIC), as the representative office of ASIA FRUIT LOGISTICA, acts as an agent to handle the application on behalf of the applicant, i.e. apply, trace and collect the visa from the Hong Kong Immigration Department. The service is at cost.
Service charge: German Industry and Commerce (GIC), as the representative office of ASIA FRUIT LOGISTICA, provides the optional service of acting as an agent to handle the application on behalf of the applicant, i.e. apply and collect the visa from the Hong Kong Immigration Department (at cost). Handling fee of HKD 2,500.00 per person for registered exhibitor/ visitor ONLY. Please refer to Remarks 2 in the Visa Support Form for further details. All service charges are non-refundable even though the visa application is rejected.
